JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
The following are essential job accountabilities:
- Collect or closely supervise collection on all delinquent accounts as well as charged off accounts. May include representing office at court proceedings.
- Review loan applications for making credit decisions.
- Supervision of branch staff and training/development of branch staff.
- Responsible for asset quality.
- Display positive attitude to staff as well as internal and external clients.
- Ensure compliance with documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Work with compliance officer on security matters.
- Responsible to meet office budget.
- Business development.
- Complete understanding of computer system.
- Maintain awareness of community issues and industry.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned by supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY
Processes customer loans and verifies documents for accuracy. Inputs and updates loan data in computer system. Performs a variety of secretarial and/or clerical duties associated with the position. Level III will ensure the profitability for the branch by making strong loan decisions and may assist in managing the staff appropriately.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
The following are essential job accountabilities:
- Provide consistent, prompt, and friendly service to current, former, or potential branch customers regarding questions and/or concerns. Refer more complex customer requests to senior customer service technician or branch manager as appropriate
- Process loan documentation and verify accuracy. Check documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates and signatures. Order credit reports as needed. Ensure that loan files contain documents with proper signature, dates, and other relevant data
- Files any lien perfections (MV1’s, UCC, mtgs., etc.) to appropriate state or county office the day after loan closing. Also file completed releases
- Enter loans on computer terminal in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure that appropriate mailings go out. This would include “Check-in-the-mails” and other solicitation pieces as requested or directed by manager
- Process paid loan and retail accounts
- Maintain up-to-date status on all loan files as well as other records. Post payments and payoffs
- Complete all month-end balancing as required, i.e. insurance file, CCC, etc
- Open and close branch office in accordance with established procedures; balance cash drawer and complete daily bank deposits
- Balance general ledger accounts and reconcile bank accounts as assigned by manager
- Performs regular administrative duties as needed, including providing telephone support, screening visitors, and arranging and scheduling meetings and appointments
- May make collection calls on delinquent accounts, if assigned by manager
- Follow up on property insurance cancellations, A & H claims, IUI claims, and death claims
- Perform all other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor
